Steven maintains an active career in commercial real estate while contributing to the firm's investment evaluation, transaction structuring, and portfolio oversight. He holds degrees from the Neeley School of Business at TCU and has overseen more than $300 million in commercial projects across his career.

His current and recent roles include Vice President of Retail Development at Hunington Properties, Vice President of Development at Mammoth Holdings, and Director of Development at Embree Development Group. He previously founded Tyson Group, a commercial construction firm whose projects included the Hyatt Miraval Resort near Lake Travis. He is an active ICSC member.

Steven brings an owner-operator mindset with particular depth in retail development, build-to-suit delivery, and capital markets.

One of the largest automated car wash platforms in the U.S., with over 150 locations across 17+ states. Steven led greenfield development and multi-site expansion efforts to support aggressive growth toward hundreds of express car wash sites.

Director of Development. National real estate development firm focused on build-to-suit projects, design-build delivery, construction management, and capital markets advisory in retail and specialty sectors. Steven oversaw completion of numerous triple-net retail projects for national brands.

Tyson Group

Nick's career has centered on operations, business development, and growth in high-velocity environments. He currently serves as Executive Vice President at Jetvia (ATI Jet), one of the larger private charter aviation platforms in the country, where he oversees business development, finance, sales, and client relationships alongside an active role as a Part 135 Captain on Learjet aircraft.

Earlier experience includes capital management at Axys Capital Management and operational and brand roles at Schlitterbahn and Aquasana.

Nick contributes to the firm's opportunity evaluation and investment oversight, with particular depth in aviation operations and scalable business systems.
